Shipping Policy

Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make changes, this includes combing orders, adjustments to your order or shipping details. An order in transit cannot be adjusted. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately by emailing us at healthybydesignfdn@gmail.com. We will do our best to stop the order before it is prepared. Once an order is processed, we are unable to cancel it.

Our goal is to process your order within 7 business days (Monday-Friday). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once it has shipped. Please note that we cannot control USPS transit times.

Our products are made with oils, butters, and wax's that will melt in high temperatures. Please keep this in mind when ordering and make sure your order is shipped to an address where it will be collected promptly. We do add in an ice package to our body butters, lip balms, lotion bars and salves to minimize melting through the delivery process. 

Lost or stolen packages

Healthy by Design Organics is not responsible if a package is lost, stolen and undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information.

Healthy by Design Organics is not responsible for lost, stolen, undelivered packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.

Upon inquiry, Healthy by Design Organics will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
